Our company, aware of the current situation caused by COVID-19, and considering the importance of this situation, took the appropriate measures regarding the health and well-being of our staff and clients, closely following the advice, information and guidance offered by the Government and health agency, and reacting accordingly, following the following guidelines::

Social distancing has been promoted, our departments prioritize urgent service calls, giving priority to hospitals and essential protection and health services.

We promote good hygiene and regular hand washing for all our staff. In addition to making hand sanitizers and gloves available to all of them.

Our staff, whenever possible, will work remotely avoiding face-to-face meetings, postponing them until further notice

f direct interventions are necessary, the hygiene and distance protocols between people are maintained at all times, proceeding with the initial cleaning of the areas to be touched and after the interventions, these areas will be cleaned again (keyboards, screens, surfaces, etc.). ). At all times our staff uses gloves that are discarded once the intervention is over.

If at any time our staff present fever or cough, the mandatory confinement protocol indicated by the health authorities will be activated, as well as their immediate communication to the authorized health centers.

Our country is currently experiencing a complicated situation, but we are convinced that just as we have done in other times of crisis, remaining firm and respecting the rules, as well as with the joint effort of the whole of society, we will be able to overcome this situation and return to normality. soon as possible..
