Businesses are reinventing the office experience and readjusting their plans to adapt to new ways of working. Tasked with creating modern and inspiring work environments, CIOs and IT Service Managers (ITDMs) need the right technologies to support the productivity of fast-moving, digitally-enabled employees.
To meet the challenges of a true workplace of the future, HP has introduced the HP LaserJet Managed E800/E700 series, a new portfolio of multifunction printers that support and inspire a productivity-focused hybrid workforce with intelligent solutions that can streamline workflows.
"As the hybrid work model continues to evolve, CIOs and IT departments are facing greater challenges," said Maria Cesar, general manager, Printing, HP Iberia. "They need smart printers with advanced features that streamline work processes. The HP LaserJet Managed E800/E700 series offers our customers and channel partners an elegant, fully customisable and easy-to-manage portfolio to meet today's workplace and digitisation goals, now and in the future.
The HP LaserJet Managed E800/E700 Series delivers: Simplified workflows and increased productivity: The E800/E700 Flow Series offers comprehensive workflow solutions with new FLOW 2.0 features, including the ability to make edits directly on content at the control panel (highlight, redact and even simply sign), as well as customised shortcuts. Innovative Reverse and Retry technology detects and resolves double-feed problems and paper jams helping to keep workflows running at peak performance.
Powerful, fast performance: Get more done faster; up to 70 ppm print speed and 300 ipm duplex scan speed thanks to the HP-designed quadcore processor. Using auto-detect technology, customers automatically save time with tone and colour management, two-sided document detection and automatic job separation features.
Stylish, customisable design: Modern designs include five colour panels to match office décor and HP Flex Build for flexible configurations to suit different business needs.
World's most secure print: A recent Morning Consult survey commissioned by HP revealed that 67% of ITDMs believe that privacy and security in a flexible work environment have become more complex, especially when it comes to printer security. With HP Wolf Enterprise Security, the HP LaserJet Managed E800/E700 series protects, detects and self-recovers.
Specifically, these new devices include Memory Shield™, which helps detect malicious attacks on the printer and, if detected, automatically self-repairs. Memory Shield™ uses a hardware-protected solution called Runtime Intrusion Detection to actively scan memory for anomalies, and Karamba's XGuard CFI to monitor the printer's firmware execution flow to help detect and prevent potential zero-day attacks. Sustainability by design: Support zero deforestation and help save resources with HP energy-efficient printing
